Labor Day Sept. 1, 2008!!

This day was originated around 1882.  It has become a day of rest and symbolizes the end of the summer time.  Labor Day was originally created to honor the working classes of people.  This brings to memory the scriptures that command Gods people to work.  It is so important for us to give our all at our jobs.  However, it is even more important to remember, God commands us to give our best to Him every day (Matthew 7).  We need to remember as He gives His best everyday, He is asking nothing more or less from us.  Work hard and remain strong for no matter what this life may throw at us, God will see us through.  Have a wonderful, resful weekend and remember whom you serve.

May Gods Blessing pour over you as we serve Him through another Month.
